It wasn't particularly interesting - bunch of reproductions of famous statues from around the world, some local paintings. The highlight were the 2 mummies. The DNA related installation with the bibles was also quite interesting. Was included into combined ticket from the University of Tartu Museum

Great visit, thanks to the university students who guide you through the old university building and the secret prison room. The art department is a funny experience in how teaching worked in the beginning of the 20th century.

A fantastic museum! A lot of various exhibits, you can find pieces of art from different ages. Faces of death exhibition is truly fascinating, the video stories grab your attention. And it's really interesting to see Egyptian mummies in Estonia as a part of a different...
