My shopping experience recently at the boutique was unparalleled to any I had at other Hermes boutiques in the US, in Asia, and in Europe especially France. We had the pleasure to be helped by the excellent Aix-en-Provence team, to be specific, the Brad Pitt of Provence (Tanguy) and the Catherine Zeta Jones of Provence (Lily).

From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and genuine enthusiasm by them. Tanguy patiently assisted us for the items we were looking for. When the jacket we wanted was unavailable, he went the extra mile to contact the Paris stores to help us reserve. And despite not having the particular shoes I had in mind in stock, with his great product knowledge, he recommended similar styles that were excellent and took the time to ensure I found the perfect fit.

Then the team guided me through the latest fashion collections with a passion for craftsmanship and an impressive understanding of the brand. Lily, with her expertise in fashion and Hermes, attentively recommended beautiful ready to wear items that I did not know would look so good on me and suit my style so well. A beautiful lady with amazing sense of style, she gave me personalized styling advice I trust and would forever benefit from.

Their professionalism and friendliness created a shopping experience that felt more like a visit with old friends. We had so much fun that day. The best Hermes Store in the world I have been to… I traveled to many cities and countries and this store is the best of the best! Even though the store is small but the staff members are great!!! When you enter the store, you feel that you are really welcomed here. They treat you as precious customers and friends. No matter you just buy a tie or a pair of slippers or you are asking for a bag, they are always very gentle and sincere. I visited the store three times and each time, I had different sales associates helping me. They are all great! Knowledgeable with their products, quick to find inventories and willing to go above and beyond to secure products for me. I met Zine and Lily most recently. They worked together with me to help me pick up clothing for for fall and winter. Lily is so good with her eyes to pick out the right items for me with the right color and right fit. I had so much fun shopping in the store. They never try to intimidate a client or make you feel that you don’t deserve their honesty. They made me feel that I am cherished and respected here and they want to help me dress better and feel better. Top level customer service shown in this top brand. So happy to work with the team! Out of all of the Hermes stores I have visited, the Aix location is by far the best (and it seems like many others agree). The atmosphere is calm and warm - I never feel rushed.

Every time I visit with my family - the staff is unbelievably kind. They don’t care if I come in wearing casual or formal wear - even from the first time we entered the store when they didn’t know us yet. There are a lot of other fashion houses (and even other Hermes stores) that have a stuffy and pretentious attitude until you swipe your credit card - but in Aix they don’t care who you are, they will always treat you with respect and help you with kindness no matter how big or small your purchase is. They uphold the love for the craftsmanship of the brand and want the customer to also appreciate the artisan work - not just because it’s branded Hermes.

Aix is the only store we will ever shop at. I always text my SA before we visit and he is very diligent at getting back to me on what is available - if you visit this store, ask for Tanguy. He is the best I have ever worked with EVER. He keeps communication open and frequent. He always knows what I will like, and he is laid back while also keeping professionalism.

Every time we visit with my kids, they give the kids beautiful boxes of candy, tie little bracelets on them from the ribbon for packing the boxes, give them coloring books - and even bring them...
