I had the worst experience there. They have many items very close to other items, it is very difficult to pick up an item and not have to dodge another 5 that are next to it. Turns out I picked up a crystal ball and dropped it and broke two others that were near to it, and as such I paid for the 3 balls! The person in the store (Nadia) was so rude that she didn't even offer a discount, it was an accident and they should have insurances for these situations. I didn't mind paying for the ball that I mishandled and that fell and broke, now everything around it, which for lack of space is there I think is a bit too much! Do they not have insurance? Is this the only store that doesn't have it? Is the store stuff placed like this to be broken by less space conscious visitors to the store space? If I could, I would put ZERO stars for the service and organization of the space. Due to the lack of empathy. Mrs. Nadia is an ill-disposed person, and terrible in contact with the public. Nadia shouldn't work in the store she lacks very important...
Read moreWent to buy some gifts for our friends and picked up some winter slipper-socks which were €13 per pair (very over-priced, but we thought they'd be nice gifts, so we didn't mind too much)... I was told to put my rucksack on my front without any explanation - just a demand... then I went to pay, and the lady working there carried on having a chat with the two people in front of me. I gave them time to finish their conversation and to get served, but then they started a whole other conversation while I was standing in the queue. I waited over 5 minutes while looking at the shopkeeper in the eye so she knew I wanted to buy something, but I was totally ignored. I ended up leaving the shop and those expensive socks behind. Very rude - no customer service skills whatsoever, and no respect...
