The boutique itself is undeniably beautiful but a bit overrated. The staff acted like polite robots, friendly on the surface but completely lacking in genuine customer service. If I ask something, the response was “Sorry, this is the only one we have,” with no effort to offer alternatives or suggestions.
Honestly it was the worst Chanel experience I’ve had.
I understand that many customers here make large purchases, but every customer matters. The staff should remember, they are not the brand itself. People aren’t just buying luxurious items; they’re buying an experience. Without that, why would anyone spend this kind of money?
My conclusion: browsing the boutique might be fun as part of your travels, but I wouldn’t consider making a purchase at this particular store.

They had a bar serving Still/sparkling water/Champagne/lemonade (free) They had a photographer taking pictures in a old VW bus and giving them out (free) The house inside is amazing. The courtyard and pool area beautiful. Then the back house / wow. In the courtyard they gave out ice cream with toppings (free) . So free stuff from Chanel…. I’m in. They will give you there # and if you want to go back and purchase the item just reach out to them and you will...
Read moreI just visited, the staff at the door was attentive and made sure I was comfortably seated for a brief wait before entering the shop. The SA as soon as I asked for the items I was looking for looked at me and just said SOLD OUT. She did not even guide me to the sun glasses, just told me they were at the payment desk. I had no desire to stay much longer and immediately left empty handed. Terrible service and by the way the main store is shut. I was treated so well last time I visited, but won’t be returning...
