Giving Dior less than 5 stars?
It depends on what attitude you enter the store with. If you're there to shop, you'll find it haughty. And you'll find the staff kind of looks down its nose at you and hovers around to make sure you don't improperly touch anything. Frankly, I actually expected that. But as retail experiences go, you'd give it 3 stars at best.
ON THE OTHER HAND . . . if you're going in just to see how this iconic designer presents itself, you'll love it and give it 5 stars. The rooms are magnificently designed and beautifully appointed. The pieces are presented well . . . everything visible at a glance. Just the right number of pieces displayed. And there's an assortment of refreshments fit for a 5-star buffet.

I visited the Dior Saint Tropez boutique to purchase a Dior scarf and have it installed on my wifeâs hat. Unfortunately, the experience was utterly disappointing. The sales lady we dealt with was not only incompetent but also displayed an arrogant and impolite attitude.
This level of service is unacceptable, especially from a brand that prides itself on luxury and excellence. Instead of providing guidance or assistance, we were met with indifference and poor treatment, which left a lasting negative impression.
Diorâs reputation for outstanding customer service was completely absent here. I expect much better and hope the management takes steps to ensure their staff reflects the brandâs high standards...

Came home and saw that some of the protective plastic was missing and inner leather was slightly warped. SA Natalia filled in my tax refund form wrongly and chose the wrong refund method even though I had told her clearly and she acknowledged in store causing me to lose hundreds of dollars in refunds and waste a lot of time at the airport arguing with the tax refund desk.
