C’est donc avec une grande déception que j’ai vécu mon expérience à la boutique de Saint-Tropez. Malgré une attente plus longue, d’autres clients ont été laissés passer avant nous. Après une discussion désagréable, on a même essayé de nous parler uniquement à travers la première porte de sécurité, sans nous laisser entrer. Ce n’est qu’après avoir refusé de partir que la deuxième porte a finalement été ouverte. J’ai trouvé cette attitude totalement irrespectueuse et inacceptable – surtout envers un client fidèle. D’une maison comme Rolex, j’attends professionnalisme et considération. À Saint-Tropez, malheureusement, ce n’était pas le cas.
I am a long-time Rolex customer and have purchased several models over the years – in total around €130-140000. That’s why my experience at the Saint-Tropez boutique was extremely disappointing. Despite having waited longer, other guests were allowed in before us. After an unpleasant discussion, the staff even attempted to speak to us only through the first security door instead of letting us in. It was only after I refused to leave that the second door was finally opened. I found this behavior to be completely disrespectful and unacceptable – especially towards a loyal customer.
