Be warned, the photos of these HLM apartments are misleading. This place feels unsafe, especially regarding fire hazards

– the exposed wiring in the hallways is like something out of a horror movie. The security presence, with guards in stab-proof vests, adds to the unsettling atmosphere. The pool is often vandalised, and even leaving your slippers outside is risky, mine were stolen.

Expect to encounter public drinking and smoking, and I personally experienced aggressive door-knocking and bell-ringing. The building is poorly maintained, with urine stains and trash everywhere. The elevators and security cameras are constantly out of service. For your own safety and the safety of your children, avoid this place...

Pool is open from 10:00to 18:00 , you are not allowed to drink , smoke or eat inside te Pool area , not even water. You are not allowed to play with balls or any water toys for children . Is a huge apartment building with 7 floors and defects elevators... besides that is so damn dirty 😒... bugs and piss everywhere the smell from the parking garage is unbelievable. The AC is only in living room and is not even close to cool the room. Everything inside the apartment is dirty old and broken. Save your vacation and under any circumstances don't try...
