I brought my cell phone here to change the screen under the name of my husband. I waited a week and when they gave it to me it no longer charged. they said maybe there was a problem while they were changing the screen and they would fix it and they will call me to come back and bring the phone if they had the item they would put in. but no calls. I keep asking but still nothing they just keep on reasoning, months have passed no call and I still have my phone with an empty battery that no longer works because it doesn't charge! I bought a phone in July 14 pro, was supposed to be all new and fine with changed screen and battery. Connection issues from the beginning and then screen just stopped working. When I handed it in I was told screen should be fixed, but then 5 days later the screen was broken (and that was why it was not working). Des voleurs ! J'ai fait une commande sur Pixmania pour un iphone reconditionné envoyé par Mobile & YOU via UPS. Je reçois une notification comme quoi mon colis est arrivé dans un locker VINTED GO avec un code de retrait. Je m'y rends, je rentre le code et une box entièrement vide s'ouvre ! Je reçois dès lors un message me disant que mon colis a bien été livré... Les personnes présentes dans le magasin où se trouve le locker peuvent peuvent attester que la box était vide.

Depuis ils me baladent de point relais en point relais.

J’ai fait une plainte au commissariat, l’agent de police judiciaire que j’ai eu plusieurs fois au téléphone m’a envoyé tous les documents qui ne leur suffisent pas. Mobile & You exige de moi que je me rende physiquement au commissariat pour obtenir un papier signe manuellement (un peu sinique pour une entreprise uniquement en ligne). Je ne me déplacerai pas à moins d’être dédommagée des frais d’une journée de congés pour aller attendre au commissariat. J’ai envoyé tout ce qui a de plus officiel et légal comme document c’est une honte !!

C’est eux qui me volent 680€ pour n’avoir aucun produit en échange et c’est moi qui doit payer encore pour avoir gain de cause ?! C’est un scandale
