J’ai contacté la boulangerie ce jour afin de commander un plateau de pizza ainsi qu’un plateau de pissaladière. Je suis tombée sur une femme très très désagréable. Je peux tout à fait prendre en considération que je m’y prends très tard pour une commande pour le jour J. Mais quand même voulu tenter sait-on jamais. La dame me demande de patienter pour voir avec son responsable, je pense que cette dernière a oublier de couper son micro.. je reprends ses dires : " oh mais la blague elle, elle m’appelle pour des plateaux pour aujourd’hui, on est d’accord que c’est mort ?!" Donc j’en informe la dame que j’ai entendu ses paroles et qu’il a une façon de parler des clients, elle me répond : "et alors je parle à mon collègue !!" Je suis outrée de la façon dont on traite les clients !!!
