The pastries are incredible, like nothing I've ever tasted. I tried the hazelnut cracker and it was so creamy but not too sweet, changing textures and this little surprise cream in the middle. It was an experience to eat it, i tried to savour it but it was so delicious i ate it pretty quickly 😂. Pour le dessert de notre mariage le vendredi midi, nous avons fait appel à Montaron, et ce fut une expérience absolument parfaite. Anthony a été d’une grande aide tout du long, disponible, à l’écoute et toujours prêt à trouver des solutions pour que tout soit impeccable.

Le dessert, une magnifique pièce montée de choux présentée sur une tour en plexi, a apporté une touche moderne et élégante à notre événement. Quant à la qualité des desserts, elle était excellente : chaque chou était incroyablement frais, délicat et d’un goût parfait. Nos invités ont été conquis par cette combinaison de saveurs et de textures.

La collaboration avec Montaron a été fluide et agréable, grâce à Anthony qui a su prendre en charge chaque détail avec soin et rigueur. Leur implication et leur passion se ressentent dans chacune de leurs créations.
