We are hosted in the flat just above the shop, they put music at high volume all day long, and we have to stay with the windows closed, but still with that the music is too loud and is impossible neither to take a simple rest during the day... We talked with the manager ( a girl with the curly hair) and when we asked her if it would be possible to turn down the volume at least a bit she literally answered "the CEO (they are working for a big corporate?!?....) explicitly told us to keep the volume of the music high so it's not possible" we were neither able to reply as she was so rude and unpleasant with us. We have already talked with the owner of the flat to talk with the president of the building to take appropriate action.

We hoped for a bit more of empathy but we have just received rudeness and...
