Pearl Store Lyon — Local services in Lyon

I jumped into Pearl to see if they had a decent, inexpensive bluetooth speaker. Immediately, I was helped by Christopher who spoke English. He walked me through a few different speakers and we finally landed on a fine unit a MSS-500. This will be great for my travels and fits nicely in my suitcase. I'm not looking for power, just a small speaker to fill hotel rooms with music. Christopher did a great job and has customer service down real well, he also is tech competent and knows the store's products....

A fuire. Nous avons acheté une batterie nomade à 150 euros qui nous a grillé les deux appareils qu'on a branché dessus (chargeur de brosse à dents électrique et un matelas chauffant). Lorsque que je suis retourné au magasin le vendeur n'était pas du tout compatissant et m'a fait comprendre qu'il n'y avait jamais eu de cas de surtension dans les retours. On l'a renvoyé en garantie en demandant un geste commercial pour notre matelas et le chargeur. Le remboursement a été effectué mais aucun geste commercial.
