We visited the shop on 28 June 2025, and had an extremely disappointing experience at this scarf shop in Lyon. The shop assistant was dismissive, rude, and completely unhelpful. He barely acknowledged my presence, ignored my questions, and even muttered insults under his breath as other customers exited the store. His attitude was unprofessional and frankly unacceptable.

Thankfully, just a few meters away I found another scarf shop where the staff were warm, attentive, and knowledgeable. I ended up spending €150 there instead. I suggest others do the same—there are far better options nearby where you're treated with basic courtesy...

Highly recommend this family business. Édouard assisted me. I wasn’t sure what to get, I explained the personalities and the vibes of each person I was purchasing for, Édouard took the time to match colours and motifs. He also explained the different techniques of each the scarves...
