This is the type of person you don't want to be around and who isn't worth serving food to. While my colleague and I were having lunch, he bullied us. My colleague had purchased a coffee and was waiting for me, and when I arrived and asked for a menu, he began ranting in French and fled. I stepped inside and asked for a menu, and he started ranting again, this time with a motion to leave. I returned to my colleague and sat down. He came over with a menu and asked what was wrong; I told him what he did inside was not polite, and I felt awful about it. He then took my coworkers' coffee and shouted, "This is on me, get out!" Wow!! All I can say is Wow. It was our first date since having baby and it was as if the staff was briefed. We have never received such a warm service from a restaurant. Everyone went over and above to make my husband and I feel welcomed. There was an obvious language barrier. The waiter took the time to translate the whole menu for us- even googling pictures. The food was so yum, the bread so fresh, the flavours so delicious. I would eat here in a heartbeat. Great cafe, we had a wonderful time. The waiter is very polite and tried his best to accommodate us especially we don’t speak French. My ordered the rosy chicken but unfortunately sold out and the waiter is sincerely apologized and we really appreciate his attitude and he offered us other choices and even go out of the way offered house wine for us. And at the end even invited us to come back watch Rugby World Cup.
