Okyama Japanese Restaurant — Restaurant in Paris

Seemed like a lively restaurant when we arrived and we had reasonably high hopes. We are a family of 4 visiting from London for the Olympics. I wish I'd read the reviews as we probably would have steered clear and I wish we had. We sat for 5 minutes before any menus were brought to us and I picked them up myself. We ordered one of the large mixed sushi/BBQ yakitori sets plus a plate of mixed sashimi. After about 20 minutes the waitress told us they were out of tuna and asked if they could replace with salmon. I said it would mean there would be a lot of salmon and she reassured us there would be other sushi too. The dishes arrived and I regret I didn't photograph it. I'm laughing as I write but literally every piece of sushi was salmon. It was salmon, salmon then more salmon, plus a plate of salmon sashimi. When I raised this with her she said she had explained this. I refused to accept it, especially the mixed sashimi plate. They replaced it with what I can only describe as some off cuts of fish. I've eaten alot of sushi and I must admit I had just lost faith and was totally put off the meal. They barely laid out table sonic had to walk up to collect our own dipping bowls as well. I ordered from this restaurant last week and the food was so-so. But even though I did order several cans of Coke Zero I got regular Coke. I made this remark on the order website and got a response from the restaurant saying that I was lying! I did send the photo proof of the order mistake to the ordering website so no, I'm not lying, you are !!! I stand by what I said, you got my order wrong. End of! ice place but we arrived there it was too quiet for a Friday night. They had a group playing and because of this they increased the cost of the drinks by 2 euros. The group started to play, it was not too bad and at least it created a nice atmosphere in the bar. I would recommend only if you are around and don't want to go to far to catch up with some friend around a drink. This is really a place for people leaving around not worst to traverse paris...
