"Worst experience ever. Driver Mr. Tadjer Mohamed was rude and racist. When he found out I had purchased my ticket through the Getur Guide app, he yelled at me. I raised the issue, and later at 3 PM at the Eiffel Tower bus stop, the same driver refused to let me and my wife board the bus, shouting that I had complained against him. He told me this wasn’t my country and that I should go back. We had to take a cab instead, and until now, I have not received any refund for the ticket. The one we had was already pretty worn out. We saw many electric buses driving around, but this one was still a diesel, and accordingly it was very loud to ride in – the engine noise reminded us of a vacuum cleaner, sometimes even unpleasant. At one stop near the opera the bus simply didn’t move on for about 20 minutes, and at the Arc de Triomphe we even had to change buses. We decided on this tour because they had live guides but WARNING: not all busses have live guides. Actually not 1 of the 3 busses we were on had a live guide. Furthermore, the speaker was all static as when we told the driver he just shrugged. We missed 1/2 of the tour which is why we paid for this expensive tour. When we contacted Big Bus they ignored that the speaker was not working and refused to refund anything or Eve apologize for the inconvenience.
