J’y suis allée pour redevenir blonde bien claire/beige (avec une base blonde foncée) et Sam a fait un travail juste remarquable 😍 Nous avons d’abord discuté ensemble 20min sur mes attentes et sur ce que lui me suggérait afin de trouver ensemble ce qui m’irait le mieux. C’est une personne juste géniale, extrêmement à l’écoute de la personne et très souriante et rassurante !
