I would avoid this hotel . Some of the reviewers we're right about the hotel staff and how unprofessional and rude they are to guests specially Kamilya. They are unclean and dirty for one around their rooms and how they handle food. I have stayed their for 6 days and the first day is always welcoming and warm. But after that it went South where it came to a point we're they asked to change my own bedroom sheets as I noticed they were not changed. They are supposed to change them every 2 days and I had 2 connected rooms. When I noticed they are not changed after coming back from.long day out. I went down stairs and there were 2 employees one them was Kamilya. I told her about the sheet and she kept arguing they were changed. When I told her that there are dirty spots on sheets and I noticed 2 days ago, she told well I can grab u new sheets and u change them. I am not sure how or who trained or hired this girl, but she as unhospitable and unwelcome as they come. I said I. Not paying $2000 on my vacation to change my own sheet and refused to change them. Second issue with this hotel is if they notice that your hand soap being used and looks good , they don't place new one just in case something happen to old one and sometimes they did not even place one at all when I was out. I went down again and asked about hand soap, surprisingly Kamilya and she kept asking me if I am sure there is no new one. The rooms are small as well as the hallways. No mininfridges in rooms unless u pay for rooms with views on 5th floor. So when I found out there is no mini fridge and asked how come, the reply was well we are 3 star hotel. For someone with 4months and 5 year old you need to have things handy for them. So we bought some stuff from market 5 min away and asked if we can have them.placed in the hotel fridge. The older gentleman who we asked had now issues and was very nice and understanding. But when it was Kamilya shift and we asked her, she flat out said NO. I asked how come and she said my manager said so, when I asked who is the manager she I am a manager. I asked again is it you making the rules or there is another higher-up who is making decisions. She refused to give their name and after I insist she finally. Did. She was lying because there is no manager that was in the building and she just was a bit**. Avoid their breakfast because it's a rip off as you can walk 2-5 min and have the same for less then €10. Plus they prepare their so called breakfast with precautions about food safety as the personal wear no gloves or hair net to protect the food. The kitchen is extremely old and dirty with black spots all over the counter. I am not how the French health code works but they need to be shut down for such act.

I booked this hotel for a couple of nights because I noticed on the map that it was very close to the Eiffel Tower. We arrived around 1 a.m., checked in smoothly, and were given a room on the first floor. The room was quite small—barely enough space for a carry-on—but it was recently remodeled, clean, and equipped with power outlets compatible with US and UK plugs, which I appreciated. However, the bathroom door was a swing-style door that seemed to be incorrectly installed, making it almost impossible to get in. (A video is attached.) I brought this issue up with the front desk, and they immediately moved us to another room. The staff were very friendly—most of them genuinely made a great impression. The hotel also offers a basic French breakfast for €14. It’s quite minimal, but for a one-time experience, it’s worth trying. The highlight of this hotel is definitely the location: only a 10-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and just 2–3 minutes to metro and bus stations. You can get almost anywhere in the city by metro for just €2.50. Overall, I liked the place and would recommend it for its convenience and service.

We had the best experience with this hotel and will definitely be coming back, the service was exceptional. Over the course of our stay we spoke with 3 different staff at the reception desk who gave us recommendations and directions in perfect English. The atmosphere was genuinely friendly and relaxed rather than corporate, staff spoke from genuine experience rather than reciting a script. One of the receptionists even helped me to order Dominos pizza from my phone. The rooms are a bit small but for the price we paid this was no problem at all. The hotel has been decorated and fitted to a high standard, the room was clean, the soundproofing was excellent and the shower was large and very powerful. The small room size does mean the bathrooms only have a sliding door. Excellent location with restaurants and cafés nearby and a 2 minute walk to the metro station as well as a Carrefour mini market. Also great for getting over to the Eiffel Tower before it opens.

We booked the Deluxe Eiffel Room to enjoy an iconic Eiffel Tower View on our last two nights in Paris. However, on arrival we were dishonestly checked in to a much smaller standard room without an Eiffel Tower View. The first staff member we brought it up with on the night of check-in dismissed us with, “ask someone else tomorrow.” That attitude made it clear this wasn’t the first time this grift had been pulled.

After our email to the hotel went unanswered, we again raised the issue the next morning with the front of house. The “General Manager” blamed the booking system and made no secret of the fact that she considered us an annoyance and inconvenience - not paying guests in search of a resolution to the unfortunate situation. Eventually, two members of staff at the front desk commenced berating and shouting at us with “that’s your problem. We don’t have to help you. We could have just left you to sleep on the street!”

It was surreal. The hotel took our money, failed to provide the room we booked and then told us we would be in the streets if it wasn’t for them as if we should have gratitude about being a victim to their scam.

They said they will assist us in rectifying the situation only if I agreed to withhold a negative review. I waited over 3 weeks before leaving this review to allow the hotel to make amends. Instead, they provided no assistance whatsoever nor apology.

I managed to organise a refund with Agoda despite the hotel’s attempt to extort and deny the situation in an active attempt to frustrate rectification of the situation.

The staff are clearly unprofessional and in serious need...

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel conveniently located near the Eiffel Tower, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in many ways. The location alone is a significant highlight—being just a short walk away from one of the world's most iconic landmarks made exploring Paris incredibly easy and enjoyable.

The staff at the hotel were exceptional. From the moment we checked in, they were welcoming, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests or questions. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced our stay, making us feel right at home in the heart of Paris.

Our room was another standout feature. It was impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment after a day of sightseeing. The amenities were modern and thoughtful, ensuring we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

In addition to its proximity to the Eiffel Tower, the hotel is also conveniently located near several grocery stores and a variety of restaurants. This made it incredibly easy to grab a quick bite or stock up on essentials. Whether we were in the mood for a casual meal or a fine dining experience, we had plenty of excellent options just steps away.

Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to stay close to the Eiffel Tower while enjoying top-notch service and clean, comfortable accommodations. The added convenience of nearby groceries and dining options makes it an even more attractive option for travelers. I highly recommend it and look forward to staying here again on my next...
