Summary: I highly don't recommend this store Prices are not the best. I found the Raspberry Pi from LDLC for a lower price Only one sales person. I had to wait for more than 10 mins for only one customer who got only two little pieces. No De-tax. When I asked the sales person about De-tax, he didn't know about it and told me: "this is your own problem". I didn't like this reply. I purchased a WiFi keyboard from there. The salesperson told me that it has rechargeable batteries. After I returned home, I found that it uses only non-rechargeable AAA batteries.

Initially I wrote a lukewarm review for this store, they were a local place I could get parts fast. However, my experience with them has gone down hill. Currently STILL waiting to pick up parts I ordered 2 months ago. The stores consistently not open during the hours they advertise and it’s impossible to get someone on the phone. Il y a deux personnes, la première, que j'ai réussi a avoir au téléphone 1 fois, vraiment sympa et qui n’hésite pas a prendre son temps pour vous donner plein de conseils et d'infos, et il y a l'autre qui bosse tout le temps au magasin...

Si vous aimez : Une accueil acariâtre et absolument pas a l’écoute. Vous faire engueuler car vous n'avez pas fait un panier en ligne avant de venir. Vous faire limite virer car vous avez des questions concernant les produits. Ou vous prendre, en pleine face, de l'humour bien cynique et tranchant car vous avez fait une erreur.

La boutique physique HackSpark est faite pour vous et vous pouvez même venir avec un costume en latex noir et votre pote la Crampe.

Bref un service exécrable et un magasin qui reste ouvert a cause d'un manque de concurrence sur Paris.
