The absolute best jewelry store in Paris. Every couple years I come to Paris from the US, I make a beeline for Liao et Filles—and every time, I load up. Their pieces are stunning: high-quality gold jewelry that’s incredibly stylish and durable, all at prices that feel almost too good to be true.

I’ve worn their necklaces, bracelets, and earrings nonstop for three years—including in the shower—and they’ve held up beautifully. Truly, I can’t find anything that compares in the U.S. for this level of quality, style, and value.

Really wanted to try this brand. After much consideration I chose a pair of earrings and a necklace. The staff informed me that the display earrings are the last pair that they had. They already looked grubby and scratched, plus it wasn’t great hygienically as display items can be tried on. However, as I really liked them I thought okay, surely they won’t sell them at full price at least and I can wear them for a little while and try the brand. No, they wanted full price for them. DO NOT BUY THE EARRINGS I’ve shopped here every time I’ve come to Paris. The fourth time I bought my sister in law several earrings that she had selected from the website. She has always had sensitive ears so she invested in these pieces thinking they were good quality. Within a matter of 1-2 months, she lost majority of the earrings because all of the screws were faulty or loose.
