Randomly walked in and bought a pistachio financier without thinking too much. The terrible photo of the financier was taken after the first few bites before I realised it was one of the better financiers I've had, and this was after it sat in the hotel room for 2 days before I ate it... (My apologies to the team...) While it's not as rich as some financiers I've had, it was perfect for its size. No intrusive fragrance enhancers, and the centre of pistachio paste is a perfect supplement to keep things interesting. Went back on my last day to takeaway three financiers for the trip back and the staff kindly followed my instructions to gently squash them into as compact a box as possible👍 if you ever consider turning it into a whole cake that's good for travel, I would happily lug it through 15+hour flights to feed it to loved ones 🥹

I live in this neighbourhood and I really love the pastry here, but today I really want to complain one of your workers’ attitude. Yesterday afternoon I was waiting in the queue to pay. When she finished the previous client’s service, she directly headed to the pastry area and served them. I understand that maybe you have too many clients and not enough employees, but at least that lady should talk to me “pardon j’arrive” some words like this, instead of ignoring me and leaving directly. I have to ask another employee who is organising the stock to charge me. This is not the first time happened to me with this employee. Other employees are super friendly and talked with me a lot… I don’t understand why SHE has this attitude. Is it the problem of not capable of providing professional services or because I don’t look a like French speaker so she could give me this attitude? I feel super offended...

I used Jeffrey Cagnes bakery for both the cake and party favors during my wedding and found them to be of the highest caliber imaginable. The Foret Noire was quite literally the best cake I have ever had in my life and several of my wedding guests had individually told me this as well. Truly incredible. The macarons used as the wedding party favors were there freshest I have ever had. The store manager personally delivered the macarons to make sure they fit in my tight schedule.
