Although the staff are helpful they can't change the fact that ultimately this is overpriced (940 euros for a studio for 6 months is crazy!) and not very good student accommodation. Also if you are on the side facing the road it will be impossible to sleep as the tram is so loud it will wake you up every morning at 6am! They have a lot of ridiculous rules, for example if you have a friend visiting you must tell them and pay fees, the window cleaners can just walk into your room even if you are asleep in bed, you are forbidden to have an oven or freezer in your room despite the fact they don't provide one etc... Unless you are very desperate I would not recommend staying here as it is impossible to cook properly (the ovens are tiny). In the end I moved out and as I had not given one months notice, which I could not do given Paris' housing market, they refused to consider any exception for my case and so I wasted 940 euros...
