BE CAREFUL WITH THEM! THEY RENT APARTMENTS THAT ARE NOT AVAILABLE (AND MIGHT BE NOT THEIRS).

I rented an apartment with them for me, my mother, and my grandmother (85 years old). They traveled more than 20 hours to get here for my wedding party. I paid for the apartment 3 months in advance.

A man called Hugo told me that everything was alright. When we got to the apartment, after waiting, he sent me a message saying that the apartment wasn't available anymore.

My grandmother, my mother, and I stood there in the rain waiting to receive a message that the apartment was no longer available and that he would refund our money. "I'm really sorry".

千萬不要跟他們有來往 當初看房的時候問題就很多 例如第一間房子我11點到 房仲直接遲到半小時 第二間也遲到 然後說 喔這間就是你的了 過了兩天說被租走了 第三間（已經超出我的預算）但房仲一直說這間多好多好 但是進去一看 裝潢只有一半 家具也根本沒放進來 是在好屁啊 最後一間是我自己在book a flat 上面找的（也是爛房仲不要用） 租的當下我因為還在上課就請安居的人去處理入住的事情 結果照片跟本都在亂拍 以至於我現在退房了還被收了一大堆錢明明入住的時候房子很多東西都半壞掉 馬桶還是黑的有夠扯 後來遇到事情問他們 他們就是不幫忙 說不干他們的事了 總之非常爛 爛到無可救藥 如果你想要有一個非常糟糕的租屋體驗 歡迎跟他們聯繫 😍

My experience with this agency was very disappointing. During the apartment visits, several agents arrived late, and the communication was confusing. The property I finally rented had several issues that were not properly documented during the move-in inspection, which later caused unexpected charges at the end of the lease. Frais très élevés pour un service médiocre. Nous avons payé 755 € de frais de service à cette agence pour louer un appartement en partenariat avec une autre agence. Le processus a été un véritable cauchemar : la communication était inexistante. Ils n'ont rien fait d'autre que de rassembler les documents et de les envoyer à l'agence partenaire.
