Inexperienced business owners, scarcastic representative, and non existent customer service. Paid for a tour we never received, and the company refused a refund.
Beware of Street Art Tours... you can find more professional vendors for a similar experience.
We arrived at the metro station on time as indicated. We could not locate the exact meeting spot. There was no telephone number listed on our email confirmation, so we searched their website.
