Food tasted great but we didn’t have nearly enough to eat despite spending 30€/person on food (for just two small plates each)! At these prices extra flatbreads should frankly be free, and there should be reasonably enough to eat in each plate. It’s a small venue, gets quite loud inside but thankfully we got to sit on the nice small terrace outside. And the service was kind but a bit overwhelmed.

All in all, it’s sad because clearly the food shows promise, but we were frankly disappointed by this small plates concept. Will probably try to come back for lunch, which has a more conventional menu, seems more reasonably priced, and may fit this style of...

Mexican American here who now lives in Paris. My husband and I enjoyed this restaurant so much. The food is not the traditional Mexican style, but they take the authentic Mexican flavors and elevate them in a tasteful manner. We had the menu which included six dishes total, including the dessert. All were amazing. Molé is my favorite Mexican dish and I loved their version with the vegetables. My husband’s favorite was the al pastor tacos. They were so full of flavor. My only wish is that the side salsas would have more of a kick to them, but they were still delicious.

Astonishingly perfect and refined food. I ordered for my birthday, and then gifted dinner for two very homesick Mexican friends who recently gave birth here in paris. We were all so thrilled and grateful for the quality and imagination of the dishes. If Carlos had a restaurant I would truly go all the time!! Mexican cuisine is the best in the world and Carlos is an artist. His meals are a joy. UPDATE!! Carlos does have a restaurant now and I think it’s hands down some of the best food in Paris. I plan on going every week!!! Incredible salsas, tortillas, and WOW every dish I’ve tried so far is just...

Hipster and relaxed venue with high chairs. Food was quite good and the most similar to authentic Mexican you can get in Paris. Good wine selection. Overall nice drinks. The mole verde was good, the taco with cheese was super tasty, so was the huarache and the encacahuatadas. Delicious salsa macha. Chocoflan was ok and I wouldn’t overdo the arroz con leche recipe as it had too much lemongrass and fruits. Tasty coffee. Great prices. Good service. But in general a nice option for a Mexican lunch in Paris.

Contenporary Mexican cuisine, the best I've had in Europe. All the dishes had a small twist, but the flavors were really balanced. The menu is small, with quality ingredients. They have a few vegetarian items as well. (I wish there were more, but I know France is not the place for it.) We arrived with big suitcases, before heading home. The place was full, but they still did their best to fit us along with our luggage. All in all a five-star experience. I'm looking forward to visiting again.
