Not recommend to accept any offers from BOG. They try to rip you off on every step. There are long queues in the bank at any time during the day, each time I had to go there I waited at least 10 minutes.
HERE your funds are not secured... Lately, people have lost some amounts from their cards through unauthorised sources and the bank did nothing to secure the client or help the client investigate the transaction. I feel insecure having an account in this bank.
To add to all of this, the Plus System is a big lie as the products that are placed on the BOG platform are not available at providers. Last week, I purchased a USB Flash Drive through Plus system at provider called "iplus" offered on the BOG platform. Arrived at the provider to receive the gift but surprise... they wanted to make me accept already open, visually and physically obsolete product stating that it was the last one remaining in the stock, while on the BOG platform there were still available unlimited units. I was devastated... I refused to accept the offered thing and left the provider with empty hands. I reported the situation to the call center but no changes have been undergone so far... They returned the plus points however, the product is still available on...
Read moreI was sitting at the line for 5 hours. My number was missed, it was shows like p027, p030, p033, not on the line. But they told me to do it again, take another number. Okay, so I need to sit and wait for another one. And wait another 2.5 hour. For not resident it works only 2 windows, but sometimes it only 1 for a long time. I understand that there’s a lot of people but It’s a longest bank visit of my life ever. PS: good thing is the person who help me with my documents at the window was very very nice and helpful. The speed of making card from submission of documents to have a card is amazing. So please maybe open a bit more windows for not residential persons or maybe it can be possible to have a time slots for those...

Secondly you wait for a long time to get in contact with completely incompetent people.
They are barely able to listen and ask questions like. "Where are you from" while they hold your passport in their hands...
Unfortunately you are often forced to come here since solving things on the phone is equally bad. What bog likes to do most is sending you to someone else (branch or other department on phne)...the most important thing here is. That the person you talk to is FOR SURE not responsible.
