Tiago in Tbilisi stands out as the best Spanish restaurant with exceptional service. We started our meal with a delightful fruit salad, accompanied by complimentary tomato sauce and bread, which was absolutely fantastic. For the main course, we ordered the Josper, which was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The dessert, a blueberry sweet treat, was the perfect ending to a great meal.

We closed the evening with jasmine tea, which was both calming and delightful—a perfect choice for two.

The interior design and atmosphere at Tiago create a warm and inviting setting, ideal for a cozy night out. The service was outstanding, especially the lady who helped us with our order—she was attentive, friendly, and professional. The staff was also very clean and welcoming, adding to the overall experience.

Since we let them know in advance that we're vegan and made a reservation, they prepared a vegan paella (which isn’t on the menu), adapted the sauce for the grilled cauliflower steak, and fried the artichoke fries in separate oil. Everything was delicious — especially the cauliflower steak. Their homemade lemonade was also really good — definitely worth trying.

The atmosphere is lovely, and they usually have live music on Fridays. I’d love to go back to try more dishes and enjoy the music.
