City Center Apartments by Picnic — Hotel in Tbilisi

This apartment is located in the center of Tbilisi in the residence area. There is no private parking. We need to park side of the road. It's not to far fron the main road. There are restaurant and convenience store nearby.

Easy and fast to checkin.

Room is large, clean and comfortable. 2 bedrooms includes 1 double bed room and another room has 2 twin beds.

Kitchen is equipped with electrical stove, refrigerator and other kitchen ware that necessary.

Bathroom is quite small with shower room. The shower box is not completely seal, the water can leak from the shower box.

There is no carpet in the bathroom.

Living room is large with sofa. Wifi in the room is quite fast and reliable.

We booked one apartment with them via booking and we couldn’t check-in. We received a mail confirming our stay and asking for our arrival time. We answered them and we didn’t receive any answer. Not by mail, not by phone, not by wasap nor text message. We arrived to the place by car, hoping that maybe someone was there but nobody showed up.A lady living in the complex tried to help us by calling some people but nobody answered. So we had to cancel the apartment and book another one on the spot, and it was difficult to find something for the same night.Please, be aware, if you don’t receive any answer, don’t count on them and look for another place, if you don’t want to live the...

I was staying here while in Tbilisi and I just love everything about this place. First of all the design is great, it gives you the feeling of this cozy colorful happy place. The location is good, it's quiet close to the city center you can either walk there or just use the underground, the Marjanishvili station The apartment itself is clean, comfortable and the hostess was very welcoming.
