What I liked about this store is that it has many self-service ingredients. Minimizing waste materials. You bring your own bag, cup, container and fill, refill, etc. Great idea! We need every store manager globally to adopt this mindful approach: producing minimum waste possible. True environmental/civil solutions are bottom-up! Not top-down! = "Closing the tap!" So, bring your own bags and jars! If you forget them, there may be free ones left.

You'll find tools of self-sufficiency: not tools of "programmed dependency" as in many conventional stores: with junk food, filled with addictive, processed ingredients, no goods in this store are produced through the current ("earth-carcinogenic") process of "planned and programmed obsolescence". You get the tools to make your own fermentation! The reusable tools of personal hygiene and much more. Educational tools (books) for self-sufficiency.

A beautiful, helpful team around who assists you with effort to answer specific questions and advice on their products.

You can buy good coffee and bread. Getting points in a store card for later reward: free coffee, or other goodness.

It doesn't feel like just business, but more like "seed of change". Like a community project. In the phase of transition between old, linear, toxic, mindless productivity & top-to-bottom, centralized economy to community care, mindful, bottom-up upcycling and recycling economy. It sparks hope in me for stopping "the cancer", "closing the tap" and "regenerating goodness...

Ahead of it's time. This is more than a store it is an ideology. The purchasing of goods without packaging. The prices are reasonable. There are more people there everytime I go. I feel good about it. It is definitely several steps in the right direction in my opinion. I will do my best to get better at bringing containers and so forth. Staff are always...

Letzte Woche war ich hier das letzte mal Einkaufen. Das Sortiment ist in Ordnung aber definitiv noch ausbaufähig. Es gibt mind. 15 verschiedene Haareseifen und Shampoos aber nur eine einzige Körperseife, was irgendwie vom Verhältnis her nicht passt. Auch waren viele Dinge nicht ganz aufgefüllt, für einen Wocheneinkauf reicht das definitiv nicht. Die Stifte, um die Gläser zu beschriften waren völlig aubgenutzt und man konnte kaum noch damit schreiben. Später an der Kasse kam dann der Kommentar, man könne das Eigengewicht der Gläser kaum lesen. Eher wenig kundenfreundlich, diese Aussage. Auch sonst sind die Mitarbeitenden eher kühl und distanziert. Da erwartet man doch eher mehr von kleinen, privat geführten Geschäften. Zudem darf man sich viele Dinge nicht selbst abfüllen. Ich komme aus Berlin, in den dort ansässigen Unverpacktläden, deshalb verstehe ich nicht so ganz welchen Grund es hierfür gibt. Ich werde trotzdem weiterhin hier einkaufen, weil ich das Konzept unverpackt einkaufen sehr gut finden und hoffe, dass man hier anstrebt sich noch...
