Primark — Local services in Mannheim

I actually had a good impression on Primark. For example Primark in Berlin. Unfortunately the Primark at Mannheim is undoubtedly the worst ever store I had seen because of their Racism towards the foreign nationals. If you notice the person who was standing at the entrance gate and the lady giving instructions to him. I particularly noticed their behaviour very rude and unpleasant. They have different rules of different customers and have different rules for their staff. I totally lost the respect towards this racist behaviour people. I never get into this outlet for shopping. The security are very unprofessional, im just out of the store and walked 140m away then came a running security guy towards me and telling me i may have forget something inside the store and i just follow him back in the store, Then when we arrived he asked me to come with him inside a waiting room which is personel only can go in,, And they started to search my bags and everything. Warum darf man im PRIMAK alles essen und trinken, was fettig und klebrig ist und man mit diesen fettigen und klebrigen Fingern alles anfasst, was PRIMAK zu bieten hat? Eine Kundin trank einen Schluck aus einer mitgebrachten Getränkedose, mußte Niesen und der ganze Mundinhalt ergoß sich über neue Kleider, die neben ihr hingen. Sie tat so, als wäre nichts passiert. Warum steckt man das Papier, in dem das Essen eingepackt war, nicht einfach in die eigene Tasche, sondern in neue Taschen, die andere Leute noch kaufen möchten? Warum werfen die Käufer alles, was sie sich anschauen, und ihnen nicht gefällt, einfach auf den Boden und hängen es nicht einfach wieder zurück. Die ganzen Wege im PRIMAK sind übersät mit Kleidungsstücken, Etiketten, Papier, sogar einer benutzte Windel etc. dass ein normaler Kunde, der so etwas nicht gewohnt ist, einfach mal den Kopf schüttelt. Wenn das Aufsichtspersonal, das im Laden gut verteilt ist, auch einmal etwas sagen würde, als nur tatenlos zuzusehen, wäre das ein toller Einkaufsladen. Auch Schilder mit: nichts Essen und Trinken wäre von Nöten. In keinem anderen Mannheimer Kaufhaus findet man solche Zustände als im PRIMAK !!!!!

Ansonsten bekommt man im PRIMAK, wenn man etwas sucht, sehr freundliche Aussagen oder sogar tolle Hilfe von den Verkäufern. Diese wirklich freundlichen Leute tun mir Leid, weil sie das aufräumen müssen, was andere nicht tun. Das sind die wirklichen Helden in diesem...
