The atmosphere is as dry and a piece of toast!
I don’t know where to start! So clearly it doesn’t matter how many times you ring and book a specific table you just simply don’t get it. You are shoved inside away from everyone if you are foreign (the guy outside with the beard who sits everyone down needs a personality check, he’s so dismissive and literally needs training on how to meet and greet people…or even say goodbye). After complaining in Greek , 20 mins after, we were finally shoved on a table that was big enough for 2 people (there was 3 of us) we were knocking elbows. At this point we were over it, but to add insult to injury, a family of 5 (Greek may I add) were sat down within 5 mins arriving after us and served food first.
This is the most stuck up place I have visited and it’s progressively getting worse, no one smiles , you can’t hear people laughing or having a good time. The waiters work really hard and are really sweet but the staff who organise everyone’s tables have got such an attitude and I really don’t know why.
If you want to go to a place where people look like they have a bad smell under their noses , then this is the place for you. If you don’t don’t bother go...
Read moreWe came at Nuera on a Saturday night without reservation. We asked if there was a table available to dine outside because we are smokers. The hostess informed us that we have to wait for 30mins. We agreed as we were starving but we explained to her that we prefer a table outside and we want to move no matter what. The food was ok, we ordered sushi rolls and tartare. The tuna tartare was tasteless but sushi was ok. After 30’ nobody came even after an hour. When we asked the kind waiter he said that he will take care of it. By the way 3 groups of friends who were sitting close to us they have been moved outside, even they came after we did. My husband went to speak with the lady she said in 5 mins they will have our table ready. We went for smoke they were here looking at us and even after 15 mins they didn’t provide the service....
Read moreRude, rude, rude! My friend’s mother has a problem with her hip and couldn’t go to the bathroom downstairs. They have a disabled bathrooms that is locked. When we asked them to open for her, they said we need to call the manager. When the manager came, he said that is for people who have “real problems”. We asked again, and same thing happened and he insisted that she didn’t say she has a serious problem, meanwhile arguing with us and still not opening the disabled bathroom! Why do you even have a disabled bathroom when it is locked? And why would the use of disabled bathroom need manager’s approval to begin with, and what is the discussion about “real” problem? Do you need a health certificate or a wheelchair for proof?! This should be illegal. Have never seen such behaviour....
