Soleto — Restaurant in Municipality of Glyfada

A very good all-day café bar-restaurant. We had dinner with drinks. Two salads, one with goat cheese and the other with avocado and burrata. both were excellent, also the Octopus with fava. The steamed sea beam was absolutely superb, well cooked and juicy. The salmon carpaccio was smoked salmon well presented but I would have expected a "marinated type" salmon carpaccio instead. Service was quick and very polite with no mistakes. Atmosphere with ambient and mainstream music with correct volume (we sat outside where the sofas are). We also had drinks from a variety of cocktails and whiskeys (negroni and Lagavulin 16) as well as wine. Usually parking in the are is difficult but the Soleto valet Parking made things easy. Another relaxing dinner night to close...

We were there for early dinner..4 people..other than a party of 12 people at the far end of the restaurant , with children running back and forth as if it's a playground..we were the only other table.. you think they would have common sense and not sit .. 2 moms next to us with a crying newborn and a bratty 2 yr old.. while we were eating..meanwhile the place had so many other tables.. none of the staff asked the moms to control the children.. I should not be paying 60€ a head for fast food environment.. let me not forget to say that we all had runs to the toilet for the rest of the evening.. we think it was the salmon with quinoa ....

We are from the USA, had to visit this place that was do highly recommended. It exceeded my expectations! Our server Alexandros was a true professional. He was knowledgeable about every item on the menu and knew his wines. We ordered the seafood special entrees, appetizers that were absolutely delicious and the desserts left us speechless. The flavors, the fresh ingredients, the plating , the service were ALL TOP NOTCH!!! A CLASS EXPERIENCE of its own kind. Thank you Alexandros and thank you Kostandinos for over seeing this magnificent restaurant. You see, Im a restaurant owner myself… and this deserves a round...
