I had a great manual pour over coffee prepared by Pozuelos. He was very attentive explaining to me the different kind of beans and their processes. I am not giving them 5 stars because the carrot cake and the lime cake were not my favorite, I felt them a little dry for my taste.

They do pour over coffee, they offered three coffees, a washed, a natural and an anaerobic natural, the only method of preparation is V60. I chose the anaerobic natural coffee, it was expertly prepared and I could taste all of the flavour notes.
