I had a great manual pour over coffee prepared by Pozuelos. He was very attentive explaining to me the different kind of beans and their processes. I am not giving them 5 stars because the carrot cake and the lime cake were not my favorite, I felt them a little dry for my taste.

I really enjoyed my visit to this cafe.

They do pour over coffee, they offered three coffees, a washed, a natural and an anaerobic natural, the only method of preparation is V60. I chose the anaerobic natural coffee, it was expertly prepared and I could taste all of the flavour notes.

The cafe is very comfortable and relaxing.

This was a cool little café that I stumbled upon during my walk around the city. It has a pretty good vibe, and nice little section for coffee beans and merchandise. The espresso was pretty good, as was the lemon poppyseed cookie, though I would have much preferred that it be served on an actual plate, as opposed to being sold in a plastic bag that only makes sense if you’re taking it to go.
