Tre Fratelli Fontabella — Restaurant in Guatemala City

What a sad situation there are 20 plus floor staff and they certainly let the kitchen down by there lack of service, firstly I was not even halfway through my starter when my main course was delivered I asked for it to be kept warm while I finished my starter, the look I received said it all, after finishing my starter i went for a cigarette and returned to find my main course on the table, being a restaurant owner myself i was truely disappointed during the entire meal not one of the 20 plus staff asked how my meal was and the only time they bothered to check on me was while i was having a cigarette outside the restaurant. I've been here several times for dinner and this is the "service" they offer, I still return because the food is really fantastic, while I write this after finishing my main course 15 minutes ago I still have plates from my starter in front of me and have yet to be asked if I'd like dessert, a real shame for the kitchen staff who are doing such an...

Top of the line service, good vibes, okay food.

The service was amazing, couldn’t have been any better. Everyone was super attentive. We went for lunch as we were staying near by in the Avia mall.

The food was just okay. We ordered a Mediterranean salad and the star pizza. We ordered the star pizza because we were told it was one of the best, spicy and flavorful. Unfortunately it was on the bland side.

If I could give negative reviews I would because the service was horrible. We ordered on the phone for pizza delivery, and were told wait time was 60-70 minutes. After that time we had not received our order so we called back and they said due to high order volume it would be 15 more minutes maximum to receive our order. After almost 30 minutes we call back and were told our order was canceled because they did not “carry” the pizza we ordered. NEVER ONCE did they tell us that when we ordered ON THE PHONE with them.
