D'Al Michele Pizzeria és Bisztró — Local services in Budapest

We ordered from this place through the Wolt app. The order arrived late, it was cold and impossible to eat. The dough was stiff and hard to chew, the ingredients felt off and the rucola smelled and looked bad. When I contacted Wolt support I was told that according to the pictures the restaurant said it was “okay”. Well it was inedible and one of us had stomach issues afterwards (nothing too serious fortunately). Knowing all this they refused any form of compensation for the subpar food we got delivered.

I ordered pizza several times through Netpincér, always very tasty and authentic, great quality ingredients! Attached came a personal thank you note, an amazing touch from the restaurant team. Today my pizza came wrapped like a present, with a cute ceramic tile as a thanks, it made me smile 😊 Thank you for the great pizza and customer experience, I cant wait to visit your restaurant in person after the pandemic restrictions are lifted....
