The purpose of my opinion is only to help you improve your service. (so no offence!) Well, my experiences so far are that your waiters and waitresses are slow and having a sort of ignoring attitude towards the customers in spite of the fact that you have a bunch of employees (as waiter/waitress). Hence, and this is a real example, my colleagues and I had been waiting for 30 minutes to get at least asked what we would like to order and another 30-40 minutes to actually get served and just to be aware, an average human being needs at least 30 minutes to have a normal meal. (with the chewing, drinking etc.) As you might have noticed, your restaurant is adjacent to an office building, thus most of your customers are office workers who have maximum 1 hour to get over with their lunch. Concerning the previously mentioned numbers, please take out your calculator and make a calculation about how unfeasible it is for the workers to get back to work in time with their belly full. I am looking forward to see what you can do about improving your...

We went without reservations and had no problems getting a table, even for 8 people. That said, booking a table might still be...

Had the best Gulyás soup during our Hungary tour - I had tried three different places. I almost went back to this place a second time just for that soup. Be careful with the hot paprika paste that comes out with the delicious bread … a little goes a long way on the heat level. It also paired well with the soup, put some on the bread and drop it in the soup similar to bread in French onion soup, that’s how enjoyed it anyway. It’s an easy comfortable dinner stop! A local food tour guide introduced us...
