Hi I have arrived at 21:45 Friday 14 of June and ordered at the counter shortly after , believe so it was the manager lady , I was straight away told I’m only able to have it for take away! Which I wouldn’t mind but I didn’t se nowhere to let the customer know how after a certain time they are not aloud to seat and eat in the restaurant during opening hours would u please clarify if I miss something or not . Or do the last order early but let the customers know who are rushing in to the restaurant they will not be able to eat in only take away on the website or on the restaurant door . It was really an unpleasant dinner experience and I had to finish my food front of the restaurant standing because I didn’t feel any welcome in this customer service , even though ur food is really good almost every time . Asian franchise in Budapest. Average quality food (not authentic) but not bad, you can choose your preferred ingredients for the wok; trendy interior design. The service is awful though. Understaffed, bored and arrogant - they don’t care about customer satisfaction. I’ve asked them to prepare the soup first which I ordered because I wanted to eat my 2nd course hot. Since you have to prepay for everything I had no other chance than to ask them. Well, they simply ignored my request and told me that I should have ordered only a soup first and order a main course separately… When I asked them about customer experience they told me that their restaurant runs well enough not to give a crap about it…...

I wanted to give this place a good rating. The atmosphere is good and service was fast, but the food was a huge letdown. I ordered a classic pad thai, hoping for a familiar taste. Instead, incomparable to "classic". It had a horrible aftertaste that overpowered everything else in the dish, as well as ingredients I've never seen served in pad thai before (not that it was bad, but definitely unexpected, and could cause problems for more picky eaters).
