I recently dined at Chianti, an Italian restaurant, and overall, it was a delightful experience. The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the food. The dishes were authentic and bursting with flavors, showcasing the chef's expertise in Italian cuisine. From their classic pasta dishes to the delectable pizzas, every bite was a culinary delight.
The restaurant's staff was also a notable aspect of my dining experience. They were polite, welcoming, and eager to assist with any requests or inquiries. Their friendly demeanor added to the pleasant ambiance of the place, making me feel comfortable throughout my meal.
However, one aspect that could be improved is the level of skill exhibited by the staff. While they were polite and attentive, I did notice a few instances where they seemed a bit inexperienced or unsure when handling certain requests. It might be beneficial for the restaurant to invest in further training to enhance the staff's skills and ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.
Another point worth mentioning is that the restaurant can get quite busy during peak hours. It's advisable to make reservations in advance to secure a table and avoid potential wait times. Despite the occasional busyness, the restaurant's popularity is a testament to the quality of their food and service.
In conclusion, Chianti is a charming Italian restaurant with delicious food and a warm atmosphere. While the staff may benefit from additional training to enhance their skills, their polite nature certainly made up for it. If you're a fan of authentic Italian cuisine and don't mind making reservations in advance, Chianti is definitely worth a visit for a memorable...
ย ย ย Read moreChianti is a very good Italian place for sure A small space but good vibes . Food options are many and unique
The service starts with " make your own bruschetta". A toasts are served and instructions card is given that explains how the basil, garlic, olive oil and cherry tomato should be used on it This is definitely a unique experience as we all got busy in making our own bruschetta and enjoyed the taste of it, while we waited for our order
The order included, Eggplant (antipasti), Gnocchi, Fettuccine Arrabbiata , Ravioli pasta, mocktails and desserts.
Mocktails included, Frozen Margarita (Kiwi) (tasted very similar to Granita) Orange mocktail (gave a fresh punch) Guava Picante (sweet and spicy drink) Orange mocktail, is for sure, a safest option to go for any day
In desserts, being in a Italian restaurant, we had to try Tiramisu It was definitely yummy and the sweet balance was just right
But, the hazelnut mousse glazed with chocolate was extremely delicious and I highly recommend it
Service The waiters were kind and polite and were really helpful The manager seemed new and excited and made sure everyone was having good time
The only thing that can be improved is to give a faster service We had to wait a long time to eat our order
But overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would definitely go back to...
ย ย ย Read moreHad been to Chianti for a Friday dinner โ and the restaurant is good. Started with the mocktails โ the Gauva picante was fantastic. Do not buy this if you are not a fan of spiced drinks. I loved it. The Virgin mojito was well balanced and tasty. For the starters โ we had the Fungi Al Forno & Mini non veg platter. Fungi Al forno was adequately baked and delicious with the crust covering. Non veg platter consisted of Garlic prawns, chicken crositini, fish fingers and breaded chicken breasts. The prawns were very small but fresh. Rest of the items were worth it. Moving on to the main course โ Gnocchi Al Forno was Ok โ I have had better gnocchi in other restaurants in Bangalore. Ravioli Di spinaci with smoked cheese was wonderful. The sauce was fantastic and the ravioli was well made. Ended with a pizza verdure โ loved the sun dried tomatoes on it. Other ingredients were the usual but the tomatoes stood out. Overall a bit pricey โ but that was something we knew before heading over there. The space is a bit congested โ maybe they can think about reducing a couple of smaller tables. Good experience and will look forward to try more...
