The price I pay for this mutton biryani is not matching the quantity. The taste of the biryani I'll get in road side with reasonable cost. In mutton biryani no mutton piece.and the quantity they gave was very less. My 7year old son stomach also didn't fill. Very worst hotel and only money making people. I will never recommend this thalapakati biryani to anyone . please don't visit or ur stomach won't fill . Ull be unsatisfied. I have seen the review were years back people have escalated the issues regarding high price for less quantity. Still they are continuing to do the same mistake.

The lone staff at the counter here doesn't understand nor follow local language ,neither English,but wants customers to understand his language which is a big NO !! Change this asap. Food wise,Signature Chicken Biryani is good but chicken dishes were foul smelling.Their famous Falooda thandai was poorly done.Common food court seating area.Overall needs a drastic makeover.Until then definitely not worth a visit.

Guys one of the worst branch of Thalapakatti which is located in Nexux Mall koramangala, served half boiled chicken and after complaining them his response was like we cant do anything and i have requested for replacing the chicken piece. Even after the complaint i didn't receive the boiled chicken. Will not recommend this.

Will never visit again!!!

What we get carried away is the brand name. If you really want to take care of the brand name you have earned over decades just stop serving this kind of biryani which cannot be even called as biryani. We got badly cooked biryani rice and dry and worst chicken. And the worst part is when we went ahead and told the people in the counter that youโ€™re serving such bad Biriyani there is absolutely no regret or even a word to tell what went wrong or something like that. I think with this kind of bad food and bad service I think no one is going to visit this restaurant again. Actually this restaurant is in the food court of forum Mall and I visit quite frequently here and I can see the crowd getting lesser and lesser day by day. And this is the reason for it. If you are one of the managers or owner who is reading this, it is high time you visit this place and ensure your brand name is restored and we get real...

Today my family reserved a table in thalappakatti around 11:00 a.m. and they guide us so well till then end they lets sit comfortably... The food taste is delicious and service staff so professional... I extremely happy and my family...such a wonderful restaurant I have even seen... Really had a very good time in thalappakatti forum Mall... Order taker hostess, service staff they are wonderful really happy to visit again next time... Thank you so much forum Mall team...
