We were very disappointed with experience at Forest Essentials at Mall of Asia store. Hope the owner of this store takes the feedback and improves the services provided by this store.
We regularly purchase products from Forest Essentials this is the first time we have made a purchase form Mall of Asia store.
The representatives at store were unhelpful. The attitude displayed was far from welcoming and unprofessional. Miss Ria who helped us was behaving very badly she even told me to try out products myself if I wanted to know more about any product. Also billing was done wrongly. When I asked to add in a sample product to try out so as to make the purchase next time they said it cannot be given we realised they must be using sample products on themselves instead of giving them to customers.
Very bad staff at this particular store all of them are standing and whiling away time not interested to sell a product or give good services to the customers not sure why such unprofessional have been hired at this store probably the store owner does not care regarding the salse happening at this store. The representatives at the store seemed dismissive and unhelpful, particularly when my purchase was under INR 5K. The attitude displayed was far from welcoming or professional, and the billing process was unnecessarily delayed, with no regard for my time or experience. For a brand that markets itself as premium, the service felt more aligned with a basic retail experience—only with a five-star price tag attached.
I truly expected better from Forest Essentials, but this encounter has left me reconsidering my loyalty to your brand.
I hope your organization takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary changes to ensure your customers are treated with the care and respect they have rightly received in the past, and deserve to receive moving forward. Read moreI recently visited the store and they kind of lied to me about the offers and manipulated me to buy the most expensive product which wasn’t what I was looking for. I was looking for a moisturiser whose cost was 2650/-, the shopkeeper didn’t let me touch it and kept telling me it won’t work, instead he sold me a pre moisturiser whose cost was 4750/-. Not only that he didn’t inform me about an ongoing offer which was applicable on purchase of 4500/- purchase and told me offer about purchase of 6000. The offer could have been used later but again he lied to me to use it right away as it cannot be used later. After all this he told me about offer on 4500/- and was asking me to make more purchase.
