This used to be a good shop in the initial years of opening. As time passed by, the shop got a good hold of the customer base and started offering a variety of sweets and savories. After some time, the quality of the product started to compromise with higher cost than ever. People still kept repeating themselves to the place, since there were not too many options.

Presently, the place has a deserted look with almost no one as customers. The staff is lean and smell of rats over the place due to bad management of the shop premises. I am not sure of the quality of the sweet and it's preparation meathods, however due to the lockdown, it's safer I don't consume anything for a while.

Prices are extremely high, considering they sell premium sweets and also savories also are extremely highly priced. They accept credit cards, debit card and other forms of payments. Parking is a big challenge since there is no place and two wheeler or Walk is the best option. Shop has high stairs, making it difficult for old aged people. This is an updated review as of 21 Jun 2024, I had purchased some jilebi, unfortunately it had pieces of rubber band in it, I spoke to the outlet on the phone and they said they will escalate it,and when I visit their outlet they will replace it due to this issue

I was informed on the phone to visit the outlet to get it replaced, however when I visited the outlet on 22nd Jun 2024. They were so casual about the whole incident as if it's normal and they said they have sent it to the lab. I had to pay for the new set( didn't want to argue ? I can understand an entire piece. But these are pieces of rubber band,

As well as this time the Kaju katli isn't all that great had a lot of wheat flavour ( maybe a bad batch ).

I should rethink about their quality. Keep a watch as looks like they don't care.

Utter Chaos! Too many people behind the counter but none to help ! I visited the Sahakaranagar outlet to buy sweets for my relatives and friends..wanted around 150 half kilo boxes of assorted sweets but despite several attempts to place my order across, the counter staff didn't listen to my request...Maybe it's because of the colour of my skin ( i am dark skinned) and unkempt hair gave them a feeling that I am not worth a penny ! I patiently waited for 15 minutes but they were more keen in serving the pseudo society ladies and North Indians...! I went home and narrated this to my mother...Without any second thought, she silently prepared excellent Ladoos, Sweet Rava Kesari with fresh milk and cream, Amazing Carrot and Beetroot Halwa... Forgot Kanti Incident after this...All said and done, Mother is Mother..Always the Best and...
