Brilliant, Excellent location (Food joints, restaurants , pubs , banks , atms, grocery, anything you could ask for ) within1 min walking distance(not exaggerating its literally 1 min or 30 - 40 seconds walk).
Coming to the property - from what i could see, there are 4 floors(One 4passenger lift(elevator) is available), Each floor has 2 Units of 3BHK's . As soon as you enter one unit, it has a hall and small dining area with huge balcony, adjoining the hall is a kitchen - which is common for all the occupants ( i have no clue if the kitchen is functional as i havent used the services), while each bed room is secured with touch/swipe card door entry system. I stayed in 1 such room with a balcony (4th floor) , with other occupants in different rooms ( Apparently there are rooms without balcony, so confirm before you book if you need a balcony - higher pricing) . Please note your privacy ends as soon as you step outside your room as you would share the hall/kitchen with other occupants. If you are large family then it would make sense to book the entire unit (3BHK).
Coming to the room - Air conditioned rooms with basic amenities ( After few hiccups, the property team were able to manage to get the AC running , i have no complaints ), Balcony view was fantastic as it was top floor. Bathroom has hot water facility ( took a good 2+ min from the time the shower was turned ON ). TV was available but i didnt use it. Classy, Good comfortable beds.

Read moreI recently had the displeasure of staying at your hotel,(Highland Estates, #83, 8th cross, 20th Main Rd, behind Indus Ind Bank Building, G Block, Sahakar Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560092) and I must say it was a truly terrible experience. The level of service I received was far below my expectations, and I feel compelled to provide you with feedback so that you can improve your operations.
Firstly, upon check-in, the front desk staff seemed disinterested and lacked basic courtesy. I was greeted with a dismissive attitude, and my questions regarding the amenities (water bottle) and local attractions were met with vague and unhelpful answers. It left me feeling unwelcome and undervalued as a guest.
The condition of my room was equally disappointing. The cleanliness was subpar, with visible stains on the blanket and the towels provided were rough to the touch. It was evident that the room hadn't been adequately maintained, and it negatively impacted my overall comfort during the stay.
Another major issue was the lack of responsiveness from the reception desk . Despite multiple requests, my room leaving me without fresh towels and toiletries for an extended period.
Overall, my stay at this hotel was marred by a series of disappointments, ranging from the indifferent front desk service to the lackluster. As a paying guest, I expected a certain level of quality and professionalism, which was sorely lacking during my stay.

I believe he has not purchased your shares PURPLE CLOUD.The attitude is more than the property owner. If customers are there you have business Mr. Front desk. One more point to note, the online price shown on your website keeps changing and based on that the customers should be billed. I Booked the hotel for 1400/- and stayed for almost 5 days. but the price reduced the next day to 1200/-.But my total billing was done for 5 days on 1400/-.
