First the staff is untrained. They made errors in the bill and charged for chicken slice instead of cheese slice. I asked them to do the bill calculation again because the tax was paid on the overall bill amount and THEY WERE UNWILLING TO DO IT OR BOTHER TO LISTEN AND LEARN HOW IT SHOULD BE CALCULATED. The staff is uneducated they just wanted to settle the difference between the cheese and chicken prices. WHAT ABOUT THE EXCESS GST CHARGES ON THE BILL VALUE? They did not even know this simple calculation and had a HORROBLE ATTITUDE towards rhe whole situation!! Secondly, the TUNA was STALE, and THERE WERE SMALL STONES IN THE SUB. Thirdly, THERE WAS A BONE IN THE CHICKEN SUB. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE from a brand like Subway. TERRIBLE SERVICE ANC...

This is undoubtedly the worst subway branch ever. I had ordered a corn and peas sub and cookies, there was hardly any filling in it, just a couplof slices of tomato and cucumber predominantly. Toasted sub bread was exceptionally hard and chew through, the sauces weren't added as instructed. All 3 cookies, ordered were hard and bland. Worst experience possible but what's worse than the experience is the reaction of the owner/manager of the store to this experience. When complained, he said that he'd get back, never even apologised, was least concerned about the unfortunate experience of a genuine customer. Absolutely worst place , no quality service ,they did not even heat up the patty and when I asked them he denied saying he did heat them up. Toasties were served on a goddamm tissue paper . No hygiene is maintained all the veggies are mixed up in trays and I could see that they were refilling the tubs of veggies inside with bare hands . Probably someone needs to report to food safety board it's a breeding ground for bacteria. Multiple staff prepare one order and they always keep forgetting what type of sandwich to make . They all reuse the same plastic gloves . All this could be forgiven at least if the taste was good but nope it sucks. DO NOT EVER EAT HERE ! YOU WILL FALL...
