Dream a Dozen — Restaurant in Bengaluru

I have been a loyal customer for the past two years, and your team has always met my expectations with any customization I requested. However, this time, my experience has been extremely disappointing.

I placed an order on 8th for delivery on 11th, and everything went wrong:

The agreed delivery time was between 10:30 - 11:00 AM. One day before, your team asked if they could deliver it at 11:30 or 12:00 PM. I reluctantly agreed to 11:30 AM. Despite multiple calls and texts, I only received a picture of the cake at 11:04 AM. The cake was poorly executed, looking rushed and unprofessional, as if a child had made it. I pointed out the mistakes, and your team requested another hour to fix it. I agreed, as I had no other choice because the cake was intended for an office event. After 2.5 hours and numerous calls and texts, the cake was delivered with minimal changes. Despite the extended time, the cake still looked bad. When I asked for further changes, they were denied. Several elements I requested were missing. I sent a blueprint with color specifications, but they delivered a black and white print instead. I was charged a substantial amount for this subpar cake. I paid extra for hand models and received only two.

Despite my continuous efforts to reach out, your team stopped attending my calls. I had informed them in advance that the recipients would be back in the office only after 3:00 PM, yet they lied to me saying we dispatched at 2:11 PM without any notice. After arguing they said we’ll dispatch after 20mins. They lied because they had to make corrections and they did not want to.

Overall, this was the worst service I've experienced. I hope the company takes strict action to ensure such incidents do...

I wanted to send a fathers day surprise to my husband who was first time away from our kids.I was googling for options and came across dream a dozen .I pondered for two days and then casually dropped a inquiry on their website a day before fathers day.I was not expecting such casual inquiry to be answered but to my surprise immediately i got a whatsapp ping from Vaishnavi.Their promptness was commendable.Their dedication is clearly evident in their prompt follow up.I discussed with her but none of the options were fitting my requirement as I was looking for personalized customization .But Vaishnavi provided me alternative and gave me suggestions for customization.I still could not decide so I asked her to wait .At 9pm in the night I confirmed her and despite being out of office hours she immediately took the order and shared the invoice with me and I strictly asked her to take care of the cake being delivered on time and properly .She assured me that she would do her best. and next day everything was delivered as expected.Kudos to women power seriously and the biggest thing that sitting thousand of kms away also I never had to make a single call to them.Everything was done on whatsapp chat only .Awesome keep up the...

Hello all, Now imagine my voice while you are reading this :P I have always been a fan of something that doesn't cry for attention but commands one for its uniqueness, and there enters "Dream A Dozen". Loved their pull me up cake, wait their cakes are trending like this one "Spotify Love Bento Cake" which has a Spotify code which can be scanned on Spotify and will lead you to your fav playlist designed by you for a special one and special occasion. A lot can happen over coffee they say & Coffee Tres Leches happened at "Dream A Dozen" the latest heartthrob in the desserts world Also was told their founder, Megna Jain founded the company in 2018 with a vision of baking the world a better place while empowering women. They turned 5 this year and have an inclusive team of women from disadvantaged communities, LGBTQ+ and also disabled women. What a sweet contribution to the world huh ? Next time u think of a fancy, unique cake don't dream of one but call one called "Dream A Dozen"
