Shree Mahalakshmi Sweets, Sahakar Nagar — Restaurant in Bengaluru

The attitude of the Owner (Or who was sitting on Owner's chair) was very rude...including staff. We had requirement of 25 Samosas, since it was not regular order, we had called them and placed order to get fresh ones. But once reached stores to collect it...the order was not ready. Instead the person who was in charge was not aware of the order. Instead of being sorry...he was so rude, as if he was giving it for free of cost. Finally..with no option left, had to buy whatever was given. But the taste was not really good..and was not upto the expectation. I would suggest to avoid such stores..where we just go considering...

Every time I ordered in mahalakshmi sweets Shankar nagar branch,,,for sure any one item will miss in the package while sending,,,,I have experienced 2 to 3 times in same branch,,,,Here Owner should take some initiative other wise u have to loss many customers,,,Your employees will make it to close the branch for sure,,,, Very uncultured staff( some people) Very arrogant and rude while asking for the loss If we pay 1 Rs less also they won't agree But we have to loss our money for ordering there,,,, Please take serious action...

Sweets and snacks are their main attraction. Though they are very tasty, they must also take care of our sweet emotions too. Which they do not take it seriously. Serving a silver foliled sweets is like selling a veg and non veg both in a same hotel. And for those who needs only vegetarian foods, this is not the best option. Like wise this store too, sell both such non silver foiled and silver foiled sweets but there is a twist!!. The non foiled one has a traces of silver. Hope you understood the situation of...
