Overall: The buffet is definitely worth the money! You get so many varieties for a good price!
Discounts: If you're a group of only women, go on a Thursday! If you're a student, go on a Monday with your ID card. If you're extra thrifty like me, you should check their IG page and wait for your name to get posted so that you get a deal if your name contains the 3 letters in the post.
Pros: The service and ambience is wonderful! The staff are all friendly and they even offered to park my vehicle for me. They play a really nice collection of songs! Youths love going there because of this! The desserts are all 👌🤤 (The brownie with hot chocolate is my favourite) The drinks are awesome as well, because they give you a nice big glass of it! I always tell this to everyone in my circles: IF YOU VALUE QUANTITY, GO TO ONESTA! The ambience is also really nice! There's no air conditioning but it's on the top floor so there's a really nice breeze all the time! Even if you go there at midday you won't be overheated.
Cons: The seats are a tad hard and uncomfortable, so some softer seats or maybe a few sofas near the side would be much appreciated. The pizzas need more toppings (especially for the meat pizzas) and sauce. The pizzas used to be really good a couple of years ago, but lately the pizzas are not as good because it's mostly dough. So Onesta, please add more sauce, meat toppings and cheese please!
What I order here: I always go for the Unlimited Non-veg Pizza Buffet. I eat lots of pizzas and get some soda drink and then a tasty dessert. And the total cost is approx 500. It used to be 400 but after a year of inflation it's now 500. With offers the prices drops significantly so read the discount section at the top of this review. I plan to get the Unlimited Non-veg Buffet in the future which means you can eat ANYTHING on the menu in an unlimited quantity! (The Unlimited Non-veg Pizza Buffet is limited to unlimited pizzas + one drink + one dessert)

Read moreOnesta used to be this chill and enjoy type of place with good food but, over the years, they have not been able to maintain it.
I went on the name-of-the-week Tuesday with my friend to get the unlimited pizza offer. The place was not clean and there was dust and trash all over the floor. We sat down and waited quite a while to get our menu. The server did not understand much of what we said as the music was really loud and he didn't know English very well.
We ordered 1 pizza each as a starter with sweet lime. The sweet lime was the salt lime and stale with no ice even though we requested it. The food took a long time to come and once it arrived it was the wrong order. We ate it. It wasn't undercooked and very plain. The overloaded chicken was far from overloaded and the chicken tikka delight was 1% chicken and 99% capsicum.
After few more similar pizza experiences I ordered my final one. The overloaded chicken. The waiter first of all did not come to us when we wanted to order and even when he did he forgot to take the order. My final pizza took so long that I asked to cancel it and have dessert.
The desserts were both horrible. The plate was unwashed with food stains from before and the kitkat mousse jar was filthy. The mousse itself was horrendous with a disgusting after taste. We left our dessert and asked for the bill ehich took another 20 mins to arrive. We paid and dashed out of there.
Overall, very bad experience and would not go back. It isn't a nice place anymore and could definitely use a renovation or deep cleaning. Pigeons, flys and spiders need...
Read moreBeing a big fan of Onesta since time immemorial (dating back to the time when there was only one Onesta outlet in Koramangla), it feels amazing to see Onesta spreading their not only across Bangalore, but also across different cities across the country. Though Koramangla branch is and will always be close to the heart, and is frequently visited by us, we decided to visit the HSR branch last week which is closer to our home.
It is heartening to see that the menu is exactly same across all Onesta outlets, so is the quality of food and the service delivery. You would be served and greeted with the same warmth and smile by the courteous staff, who ensure prompt delivery ALWAYS, without fail.
The ambience of HSR Onesta however is very different from the Koramangla one, as it is located on a single floor and gives a perception of being a little more crowded, as you are able to see all the customers in the same glance. The tables also are placed very near to each other, which may have been done to accommodate more customers, and reduce the waiting queue and time.
We ordered the Mushroom & Ricotta Ravioli, Spinach & Paneer Lasagne & Four Cheese Margherita Pizza during the visit and felt so satisfied to be served with the same taste and hospitality.
