Death By Chocolate AKA DBC - Rs. 200 + Taxes - 9/10
Hello Foodies, The name Death By Chocolate says it all. Itâs a heavenly treat to all sweet and ice cream lovers. Loaded with chocolate brownies, ice cream, nuts, cherries and chocolate syrup it is so yummy to eat. Take a scoop from all and have it together. OMG while writing this review I feel like going and having one. It has enough quantity to serve two people. Quality, quantity and taste wise it is so satisfying. You would never regret trying this out.
There are many Corner House outlets all over Bangalore, so you can visit any of them as per your convenience. All outlets that I tried this from had same taste.
It is not over priced considering the richness and quantity offered.
I had visited the HSR sector 2 outlet. You can easily park your bikes for cars you might need to find a good spot for safer parking.
Visited post lunch on a weekday the place was not too crowded but still there was a wait and most of the people who come here order Death By Chocolate only. The making process itself is so satisfying to watch. Adding all the required items one by one.
There are other ice creams and items available you can also customise your ice creams by adding the toppings you want.
Donât expect a cozy interior, there is seating space for enough people and they also offer take away. Outlet is clean you might experience wait time during peak times like during night time and on weekends.
They are open till late night as I remember once having DBC around 1 or 2 from Koramangala outlet. And guess what it was kinda crowded at that time too and we had to wait for a while to get our DBC served.
I would personally suggested Corner House and DBC to everyone you should try this at-least once if you are in Bangalore and this place will never disappoint you.
A well established placed with a True Legacy.
So what are you waiting for? Go grab your DBC and get lost in the world...
Read moreCorner House provided a delightful culinary experience that left me thoroughly impressed. The highlight of my visit was indulging in their Hot Chocolate Fudge, a dessert that exceeded my expectations. The presentation alone was a feast for the eyes, with the fudge beautifully adorned with swirls of chocolate sauce and a generous dollop of whipped cream.
Upon the first spoonful, I was greeted by a symphony of rich, velvety chocolate flavors that danced on my taste buds. The warm, gooey texture of the fudge perfectly complemented the cool creaminess of the ice cream it was served with. Each bite was a blissful combination of textures and temperatures, creating a harmonious dessert experience.
What stood out was the quality of the ingredients; the chocolate used was evidently of high caliber, contributing to the overall decadence of the dish. The portion size was generous, making it ideal for sharing or satisfying a serious chocolate craving.
The ambiance of Corner House added to the overall enjoyment of the experience. The cozy yet vibrant atmosphere provided a perfect backdrop for savoring this delectable treat. The service was prompt and courteous, enhancing the overall dining experience.
In conclusion, the Hot Chocolate Fudge at Corner House is a must-try for any dessert enthusiast. It's a heavenly concoction that combines quality ingredients, expert craftsmanship, and a welcoming ambiance to create a memorable indulgence. I left with a contented palate and a newfound appreciation for the artistry of dessert at...
Read moreGood. Always love The corner house icecreamâs, but this time tried their ârum and raisinâ icecream, Oh god! It was horrible. can get the taste of the oil on every bite. They must have added like some cheap rum like old monk, of course it will have that after taste. Now, the question comes of the making!!? And the quality of the ingredients they are adding to the brand like Corner house. I donât know whether they know or not, There is one more well known icecream shop in Bangalore called Milano. They also have these alcohol based icecream like rum and raisin and whiskey cream. You will never feel that hard taste of eating the oil or alcohol neither smell. Because they may use white rum or Better quality alcohol. Corner House!! Why why! Such substandard food delivery to your customers. May be now itâs time to rework on your making on this particular flavour. Also To my surprise! The cashier aka order taker argued with us, saying it comes like this only maâm. âYou wonât be able to eat itâ. I mean what your were trying to say! And you are selling us the icecream which u also know which we wonât be able to eat. I mean what was that! Shame on!! To these kind of quality lack strategies to make profits and margins, also arguing with the customers and the behaviour of your staff. Kindly re- look into this!! Never gave less than 5 stars to any corner house branches.. but this time totally...
