I will never visit this store again even if they give the garments for free. How well they receive u depends on your status. Whether u came in car or bike, u speak fancy English or just Kannada.

Last Sunday, I went with my wife to purchase few garments, as it was nearby I took my bike, leaving car behind. I parked in front of the store. As I entered, I asked for attendant who knows Kannada n said I can't converse in English. About 15-20 mins, nobody came n were busy attending other 'posh' customers.

Their attitude was very negative, they weren't willing to show the garment of my choice - 'Sir your size is not available'. Later, my wife picked 1 from rack which I wanted. Especially, the store manager - not friendly n full of attitude.

Pathetic..! I will never visit this store again. If u still want to buy, better visit any other newly opened PE stores, they will treat u well n display wide range of products. These peoples @ Indiranagar have already tasted profit n established, they know people will visit the store n purchase. Least bothered about customer satisfaction.

Last evening ( 23rd Dec) we were walking along the road and passed by the storeon 100 feet road. The hostess of the Christmas celebrations happening in front of the store called us ,.spoke to us and later asked us to pick any gift ( labelled Peter Englend ) from the tree. There was nothing in the box !! She then apologised and later gave us another gift box which had a card inside which read " surprise gift". We were asked to go into the shop and claim our " surprise gift ". When we asked inside the store, we were asked choose any merchandise from the s tore. I sensed something fishy and asked them what was the conditions attached ! The person at the cash counter said 15% off on anything we pick ! What a disappointment. INo gift !! Marketing gimmicks !
