Bloomrooms @ Indiranagar — Hotel in Bengaluru

Stayed at this hotel recently for 3 nights. The room was quite small and very difficult to move around, but clean with a very comfortable bed. No wardrobe, just a little space to hang few items, that too attached to the main mirror. This was quite an inconvenience as we had to move the items to use the mirror every time. No safe is available too. However, the bathroom was spacious and comfortable with amenities provided. Hair dryer & iron and iron board was provided immediately upon request. The hotel had great wifi and online chat available which was very convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, however lack of some key essentials like a lobby seating area created a high level of discomfort for us. Especially during check-in, we expect some fresh towels, seating and refreshing drinks upon arrival after a long trip. Instead, had to stand during the whole check-in process at the counter. Being located right next to a bar was another major inconvenience. I booked the place for a quick mandatory stop hence it did not affect as much as it could have during a holiday, however I would not book the property for a relaxing vacation unfortunately. The room really felt like a small box. Furthermore, repainting our floor occurred during our stay which also caused some kind of disturbance with the smell and workers being around. Something worth mentioning is that the breakfast provided was better than expected, after seeing the rest of the things. Hope the hotel consider these for future...

Stay here most of the times. Only this time cleanliness had a small low.

Cons: Housekeeping and Maintenance Shower area corner edges had dirt. Room floor had spots of sand grains, staff helped to clean spot of gum residue on the floor, I cleaned it off as it was sticky on the foot reported it to staff room slippers would be helpful No dental / shaving kit Study lamp does not work as always. Parking No parking within premises. Security helped us find a spot in adjacent roads No refresh areas for drivers. At this price point compared to similarly priced hotels. Including a wash and rest room for drivers to freshen up would be helpful

Pros rooms are as seen in photos staff are nice neighbourhood and location extremely comfy and clean cloud bed as promised good rain shower with smooth gradient control over temperature and pressure interior details carefully thought out, extremely functional for the space free wifi mineral water, can also be refilled from water dispenser at every floor (hot and cold) wash and shampoo refilled tea, coffee, milk sachets restocked at every floor near water dispenser with cups...
