Polar Bear Ice Cream Sundaes - Basavanagudi — Local services in Bengaluru

I'm a regular customer of Polar Bear V. V. Puram since it was started. I used to be very happy with their services until recently, as they have started to skip adding key ingredients to their products and come up with lame reasons when asked like company decision, lack of supply, etc.

Take for example Excess Chocolate Sundae which usually used to come with chocolate scoop, chocolate sauce, choco chips, choco bars and wafer rolls. However since past one month, all they add is chocolate scoop, chocolate sauce and choco chips minus the choco bars and wafer rolls. The price however is the same (Rs. 163).

Competitors like Corner House offer much better ice creams compared to Polar Bear. Unless this is taken care of, I'm afraid I'll not be going to...

Bought 3 ice creams chocozilla,fruit zest, red velvet choco sin, i personally rate 2.5/5 for both chocozilla& red velvet choco sin &4/5 for fruit zest which is almost Gudgud...1 Thing i wondered was whipped cream thick layer in ice cream which tatsted pathetic , atleast polar bear should consider adding vanilla ice cream instead of whipped cream & improve its ingredients for what they charge ,waffle bars, Gems everything i tasted felt disappointed a lot , even quality of icecream is not good compared to NIC,Baskin Robbins,Hagen Dazs, better Polar bear work properly on its taste , ingredients and it's combinations rather on its marketing and...

Update: The store is renewed and the dine in experience was good, ambience and service has improved and my rating for the outlet has been positively changed.

In frame brownie fudge sundae, the hot chocolate could have been actually hot instead of warm though. Taste, presentation and quantity along with quality is as good as any other polar bear experience.
